Our Policies

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Our policies apply to all orders regardless of which method you choose to place your order. Thank you for understanding that no exceptions can be made.

Placing Your Order: In an effort to expedite order processing time, we have automated many of our order processes. We cannot make any changes to an order once it is finalized. Please check your order carefully before you finalize it.

Online Ordering: The online ordering is a secure ordering system. The online ordering can be submitted online ONLY with plastic card information. Upon online submission, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of your order. This will include a list of the items ordered and how to contact us for more information about your order.

Order via Phone: Payment by plastic card is required with all phone orders. Please make a list of the item descriptions and their product codes before calling. You will be asked for billing and shipping information. It is very important we get the correct billing address for your card so your order will not be delayed. Our PHONE number is 216.337.5879.

Orders for Pickup: We accept orders to be picked up via phone or online ordering. Persons placing their orders via online ordering will be called to discuss pickup time. Please specify in "Shipping Instructions" box on order form that you would like to pick up your order.

Payment Methods Accepted: We accept money orders, credit, charge and debit cards with the Visa, MasterCard and Discover logo. All payments must be in US dollars.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the actual weight of your merchandise. We ship UPS ground/air and US Postal Office and will add actual freight charges to your order. Orders requesting USPS as a method of shipping are delivered to the post office for shipment on Friday each week.

The customer is responsible for any additional fees charged by UPS for address corrections. UPS charges this fee when packages are missing suite numbers, contain typos including zip code errors, or contain any other incorrect information that is supplied by the customer within the "Ship To" area of our order form. The UPS address correction fee is $10 per box. We reserve the right to charge for these fees as soon as we are notified of them.

Order Alterations: Our order processing system has made it nearly impossible to alter an order, cancel an order or change the shipping method after the order is submitted. We are unable to accept order alterations. If you wish to cancel the order after the order has begun processing, then a $25 cancellation fee will apply.

Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason. We want to guarantee our product quality to all our customers, therefore a return is not acceptable.
